Rosa is a journalist based in New York City.
She was born in Mexico City and moved to New York to complete her bachelor’s in illustration at Pratt Institute. She also studied graphic design and communications at Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan, Italy, and in 2020, graduated from Columbia University with a master’s in journalism.
Currently, she is the senior news editor at Harper’s Bazaar, where she manages news coverage—from breaking world news to entertainment, sports, and fashion news.
Before Bazaar, she was a news editor for ABC News, where she wrote and edited breaking news and helped manage a team of reporters and writers. She also previously worked as an associate entertainment editor at American Media, and before that, as a lifestyle editor at Haute Living.
She has bylines in the New York Times, Rolling Stone, Teen Vogue, Forbes, the Hollywood Reporter, ELLE, Cultured Magazine, the NY Daily News and New Jersey Monthly.
In her free time, she makes art.
